AB&T Telecom and Broad Sky Networks have announced a partnership to introduce broadband satellite services nationwide through agents.
Broad Sky says it is the first satellite broadband provider to offer quality of service (QoS) supported by SLAs. The service is packaged into entry-level to high-performance service offerings to make it easier for agents and customers to embrace.
"Commissions are healthy and it's extremely easy for an agent to get started selling satellite broadband through AB&T Telecom," says Emmet Tydings, president of AB&T Telecom. "We've waited three years for an opportunity like this to come forward for satellite broadband services."
"For the cost of a DSL connection, a company can have a truly diverse disaster recovery solution that will always be available, no matter what happens on or in the ground with the local phone company," says Mike Mudd, president of Broad Sky Networks. Mudd added, "AB&T is one of the first Master Agent partners we have chosen to get our services out through the agent network in the U.S.
